Salon Policy

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time. All reservations will end at their scheduled time so as not to delay the next guest.

 

Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration for other guests and our team members, if you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.

Please know that when you schedule an appointment, we have reserved that time just for you. A credit card is required to secure any appointments being booked.

We understand that unavoidable circumstances may arise and should you need to cancel, we require a 24 hour notice in advance to avoid a 50% service fee.

 

Discount Policy

From time to time Fusion may have more than one discount program offering, however only one discount can be used.
